Club sources have suggested that a significant portion of this total is dependent on specific variables being met, meaning the guaranteed outlay for the 21-year-old is considerably lower. Bahoya, speaking in his first official club interview, cited the project and the atmosphere at Elland Road as primary drivers for his decision to make the move, stating: "It is a good step for me because it is a good club with crazy fans and a top project."
